Finding the right body care products to fit a green lifestyle can be daunting. If we don't stay informed we can unknowingly end up using cleansing bars (that is not genuine soap) loaded with outdated fake fragrances or lathering up with a preservative laden gel squeezed from a plastic bottle.
We say, no more!  It’s time to leave behind those unsustainable practices of the past and embrace a new path towards life long health and harmony with the environment.
Our ingredients are the heart of our products, here's why we use them:
Aloe vera juice: Aloe moisturizes the skin without giving it a greasy feel, so it`s perfect for anyone with an oily skin complexion. Aloe is soothing and can reduce skin inflammations, blistering and itchiness, while helping the skin to heal more rapidly

Almond oil: Almond oil has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties, it's an excellent moisturizer and it's used to eliminate excessively dry skin.

Avocado oil: Avocado oil naturally triggers the production of collagen by the skin. In addition, it shields skin against age-related wrinkles, fine lines and other aging signs.

Beer: Hops are known to sooth irritated skin and contain skin softening amino acids, it also contributes to a bubbly lather

Beeswax: Acting as a surfactant, beeswax, when blended into creams and lotions, forms a protective barrier on the surface of the skin. This barrier provides a film of protection against irritants while still allowing the skin to breathe.

Cocoa butter: Cocoa butter is high in antioxidants which help fight off free radicals. Free radicals can cause skin aging, dark patches, and dull skin. Cocoa butter has been noted to help skin irritations such as eczema and dermatitis. We use unrefined, organic cocoa butter.

Coconut oil: Coconut oil is rich in many proteins. These proteins keep skin healthy and rejuvenated. Proteins also contribute to cellular health and tissue repair, along with a wide range of other essential activities within the body.

Olive oil: packed with anti-aging antioxidants and hydrating squalene, making it superb for hair, skin, and nails.

Rice bran oil: obtained from the outer layer of the rice kernel (the bran) this golden oil gives soap a rich, creamy texture, but also has many benefits for the skin

Sesame oil: It is naturally antibacterial for common skin pathogens. It is naturally antiviral and anti-inflammatory agent. Sesame seed oil absorbs quickly and penetrates deeply through the tissues.

Shea butter: The concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids in Shea butter makes it incredibly nourishing and moisturizing for skin. We only use fairly traded unrefined shea butter because it retains it's natural healing properties

Sodium hydroxide (lye):Sodium hydroxide is used in many industries, in the manufacture of paper, textiles, drinking water, soap and detergents. Sodium Hydroxide is also used quite a bit in food processing.  The compound is often used in processing cocoa and chocolate, thickening of ice cream, and with use in preserving olives and pretzel making. All soap is made with sodium hydroxide.  No lye, no soap!

Sustainable Palm oil: Sustainable Palm oil contains the hard to find tocotrienols, which are members of the vitamin E family. The common form of vitamin E, tocopherol, has long been used to treat many skin ailments and is found in many anti-aging products. Vitamin E is a strong antioxidant that helps the skin to fight free radicals that damage the skin and cause fine lines and wrinkles.

Sunflower oil: folate or folic acid, present in sunflower oil, helps the body in the manufacture of new cells. Sunflower oil works as a protective and moisturizing solution for skin.

Wheat germ oil: Wheat germ oil has age-defying properties that help soften and moisturize skin. The oil's natural ability to be easily absorbed into the skin makes it incredibly versatile — dry skin will drink it up.
